As a Retail Store Supervisor at EVEREST LIQUOR DISCOUNTER REDCLIFF LTD, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
