Job Title: Client Liaison Field Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Client Liaison Field Technician to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our VIP clients, ensuring their technical needs are met, and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to VIP clients, resolving technical problems and issues.
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software, communications, and peripheral devices.
  • Assess and adjust technical solutions based on client-specific issues.
  • Provide preliminary or routine instruction to customers on systems, applications, and protocols.
  • Alert Manager to current or potential problems with systems, applications, or customer service requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with desktop/software support & hardware (break/fix).
  • Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with printer support, Office 365, Active Directory, ticketing systems (such as Service Now).

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Must have Driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
  • Must regularly lift machinery, tools, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 20 kg.
  • On call work required (evenings/weekends).
