About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at God's Hand Kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Food Preparation and Presentation

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Kitchen Management

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, supply ordering, and staff supervision.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve our high standards of quality and service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Personal Qualities

Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and time management.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high level of activity and pressure.

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail.
