About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team at BAPLA FLOORING LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered, using blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants, and prepare floors for installations
  • Install materials on counter tops and raised platforms, and inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in floor covering installation, with a strong understanding of materials and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
