Job Summary

Pizzaiolo is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our customers.

Hire and Manage Food Service Staff

Recruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food.

Ensure Quality and Service Standards

Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.

Establish Work Schedules and Procedures

Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week is required.
