Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at WINGSUP. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparation and portioning of food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns.
    • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with initiative.
Work Environment
