Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Freshii. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Hire and manage food service staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including presentation, taste, and temperature.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting
    • Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Physical Demands
    • Standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability
