Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Solutions Analyst to join our Software Support Team in the Construction Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall support experience
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Jonas Software products and services to provide accurate and informative support
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
