Research Crystallization Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Crystallization Engineer to join our team at Solid State Pharma Inc., a leading pharmaceutical research company specializing in crystallization engineering and solid-state science.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will contribute to ongoing research projects, conducting experiments, characterizing materials, and developing crystallization processes for active pharmaceutical ingredients and natural products. This role requires strong physical chemistry and/or engineering knowledge, as well as hands-on experience in laboratory settings.
Training and DevelopmentAll scientists undergo a comprehensive training program after hiring, establishing knowledge of workflows, instruments, and techniques. Our training program empowers scientists to think unconventionally and develop the acumen needed to succeed in a fast-paced industry.

Our research focuses on pharmaceutical crystallization engineering, polymorph screening, salt screening, co-crystal screening, chiral resolution, polymorph quantification, converting amorphous material to crystalline solid, pre-formulation, and chemical and crystallization process modeling.
