Retail Store Supervisor

Circle K is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the store and drive business results.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
