Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at 1504356 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Create and submit detailed budget reports and cost estimates to support business decision-making.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Hours: The successful candidate will work approximately 30 to 35 hours per week.
