We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at 1504356 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Financial Management: Prepare and submit accurate budget and cost estimates, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
