    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service

    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
    • Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling. You must be physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and have good attention to detail.
