About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at YNT Hakka. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
