About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in aligning our company's objectives with those of our employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to drive management and leadership practices that support employee engagement and company goals.
  • Implement HR action plans, programs, and projects to support business unit strategic objectives.
  • Provide coaching and recommendations to leaders on HR topics to optimize employee engagement, retention, and team development.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
  • Support management teams with HR programs, policies, and procedures, compensation, training, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to transform the organization.
  • Roll out corporate programs and initiatives within client groups.
  • Support leaders through critical HR operational cycles, such as talent reviews, salary planning, and performance management.
  • Manage employee relations issues to ensure early and appropriate solutions.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing ongoing HR support.
  • Collaborate with global internal stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Lead and participate in HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business, with certification from a recognized HR professional association an asset.
  • At least eight years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner role, preferably in a global or international multi-sites organization.
  • Strategic-thinking, able to identify solutions and associated impacts across the organization.
  • Experience developing and implementing change management plans to support cultural transformation.
  • Related experience using common HRIS and reporting tools, MS suite applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks while staying focused on deliverables and strategic priorities.
  • Professionalism and strong work ethics.
  • Proven leadership and team building skills, with the ability to persuade and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) to manage all interactions and relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
