Are you passionate about driving business success through strategic HR initiatives? Do you have a proven track record of partnering with leaders to achieve organizational goals? We're seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at CAE.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in talent management, performance management, engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and change management to drive business outcomes. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business units' objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR action plans, programs, and projects that align with business unit objectives.
  • Provide coaching and recommendations to leaders on HR topics such as talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
  • Support management teams with HR programs, policies, and procedures, including compensation, training, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with global internal stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and projects.
  • Lead and participate in HR initiatives and projects to drive business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business, with a certification from a recognized HR professional association.
  • At least eight years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in a global or international multi-sites organization.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to identify solutions and associated impacts across the organization.
  • Experience developing and implementing change management plans to support cultural transformation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
