We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the Food Service Director to meet targets and ensure the success of our food services.
- Manage and train a team of supervisors to ensure high-quality service and compliance with food safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Franchisee District Managers to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial reports and staff schedules.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a food services management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading a team and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Food Safe certification is an asset.
