QSR Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled QSR Food Services Manager to oversee the operations of our national brands and proprietary Aramark brands at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and take on a leadership role in the food service industry. As a QSR Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Food Service Director to meet targets, managing and training supervisors, and ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with Food Service Director on hiring, layoffs, and terminations
- Meet targets for top-line revenue, food costs, and labor costs
- Manage and train supervisors
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Handle staff questions and concerns, and work with Food Service Director for disciplinary actions
- Resolve customer complaints
- Coordinate with Franchisee District Managers for store-related training and support
- Maintain proper payroll procedures
- Ensure a quality service is provided to all guests
- Excel at task delegation and work planning
- Able to organize, compose, and review daily financial reports
- Manage operational standards and team members
- Experience in scheduling, staff positioning, and conflict resolution
- Customer service background preferred
- Previous experience in Quick Service, Clearview an asset
- Friendly and outgoing
- Positive attitude
- Previous management experience required
