QSR Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QSR Food Services Manager to join our team at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of national brands (Tim Horton's, Starbucks, Subway) as well as our own proprietary Aramark brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Food Service Director on matters related to hiring, layoffs, and terminations
- Manage and train supervisors to ensure operational excellence
- Coordinate with Franchisee District Managers for store-related training and support
- Ensure compliance with food safety and revenue standards
- Resolve customer complaints and handle staff questions and concerns
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food service operations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
