We are seeking a highly skilled QSR Food Services Manager to join our team at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing national brands and proprietary Aramark brands, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
As a QSR Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with the Food Service Director to meet operational targets and drive business growth
- Managing and training a diverse team of supervisors and staff
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and revenue standards
- Resolving customer complaints and providing exceptional guest service
- Coordinating with franchisee district managers to support store operations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong operational experience and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Food Safe certification and previous management experience
