We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at DOLORES ARENAS FERNANDEZ. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring clients have access to essential items.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate clients' needs.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
