Job Title: Home Support Worker

Thu Mya is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Encourage clients to engage in regular exercise, such as walking
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with special needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a client's home, providing one-on-one support and care. You will be required to travel to different locations and work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
