About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Tennant Company. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our customers in the cleaning equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and repair services for mobile equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
  • Work with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repair orders, timesheets, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other service technicians and team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in mobile equipment repair.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet Tennant Company's fleet policy requirements.
