As a Journeyperson Agriculture Equipment Technician, you will find numerous opportunities for professional development and advancement through various training programs, tuition reimbursement, and tool allowances. As a vital member of the Service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that parts and machinery operate effectively—an essential aspect of maintaining business operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Recondition and repair all equipment components and systems as directed by the supervisor. Maintain accurate records for time, parts, supplies, and external purchases related to repairs. Care for and maintain shop tools, equipment, and vehicles. Communicate professionally with colleagues and clients. Order necessary parts and materials to complete assigned repairs. Keep the work area clean and safe. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Promote safe work practices in all daily activities and task assignments. Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety standards, as the company prioritizes the protection and well-being of its employees. Complete RME safety expectations and reporting promptly.Required Qualifications Include:
Fluency in the English language. Experience with CASE IH and NEW HOLLAND agricultural equipment is an asset. Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of health and safety best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
