Job Title: Administrative Assistant

ONTARIO INC. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Manage and maintain our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform data entry and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Oversee payroll administration and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
