Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administration Coordinator to join our team at NSD Accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
