Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our restaurant operations, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinate the activities of the HR department, and direct and control daily operations.

  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
