Head of English Department

We are seeking an exceptional Head of English to join our team of passionate educators at Universal American School in Dubai. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the English department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
About the Role:- Lead and manage the English department, including planning, teaching, and assessing students
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of our diverse student body
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of English with other subjects
- Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance their teaching practices
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
