We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of English to lead our English department and contribute to the academic success of our students.
About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing English department and develop a curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate English teachers to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field plus a certified teaching qualification.
- Experience leading a high-performing English department.
- A TEFL/TESOL certificate or diploma is preferred.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
- Experience of teaching in a diverse, international school environment is desirable.
