Head of English Department

We are seeking an exceptional Head of English to join our team of passionate educators at Universal American School in Dubai. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the English department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
About the Role:- Lead and manage the English department, including curriculum development, teacher support, and student assessment.
- Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to improve student outcomes and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver professional development programs for teachers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of English programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the school at local and international conferences and events.
