Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Tribro Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in construction project management.
  • Certifications: Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) Certification of recognition.
  • Skills: MS Project, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, AutoCAD.
