Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Tribro Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate project planning.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
- Develop and submit construction project budget estimates and manage budgets.
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress.
- Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions.
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems to support project management.
- Hire and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
- Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure project quality.
- Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) Certification of recognition.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and AutoCAD.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
