Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Tribro Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality project outcomes
  • Manage and supervise a team of project coordinators and engineers to ensure effective project delivery
  • Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders, including project status, budget, and schedule updates
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of project coordinators and engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and contractors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
