Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and quality control strategies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
  • Lead and manage project teams, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Strong understanding of construction industry regulations, policies, and standards
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and other construction software
