At Pomerleau, we're seeking a skilled Project Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating project schedules, timelines, and resources. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and management of subcontractor reference schedules;
  • Participation in the development and analysis of three-week lookahead schedules;
  • Contribution to the development and updates of project master schedules;
  • Lead in quantity analyses for project control purposes;
  • Support for the implementation and operation of progress assessment innovation tools;
  • Analysis of subcontractor performance;
  • Participation in claims analysis;
  • Coordination and writing of construction weekly and monthly reports;
  • Participation in risk management activities;
  • Attending pertinent meetings.

Requirements

  • DEC in administration, construction, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in industrial construction projects;
  • Experience with project management information systems;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks;
  • Autonomous.
