About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Strategy Manager to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer and channel strategies that drive business growth and category leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Customer Strategies: Lead the development of differentiated omni-channel and customer strategies to achieve business goals and financial targets for our assigned portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver channel and retailer-specific programs that drive category growth.
  3. Support Forecasting and Planning: Contribute to forecasting and planning processes to deliver superior results, including rolling up external sales inputs and representing customer projections in demand planning tactical meetings.
  4. Develop Promotional and Category Growth Plans: Develop promotional and category growth plans, incorporating trade fundamentals and the Revenue Growth Management framework to drive competitive advantage at retail.
  5. Lead New Product Launches: Lead the execution plans of new product launches, developing external launch strategies and managing execution within the Sales organization.
  6. Monitor and Analyze Customer Data: Monitor and analyze monthly customer POS data, share trends, and competitor activity to ensure the achievement of external and internal targets.
  7. Foster Cross-Functional Relationships: Foster strong cross-functional relationships across the organization to support the seamless execution of customer strategies.
Requirements
  1. Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business or a related field.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of business/professional experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  3. Skills: Advanced analytical skills, with strong critical thinking and logic capability. Proven ability to achieve outstanding sales results. Knowledge or experience in forecasting and/or monthly volume reporting and analysis.
  4. Desired Qualifications: Experience working within the Consumer Packaged Goods or Retail industry is preferred. Proficiency with NIQ, Numerator, and Tableau/PowerBI tools is an asset.
What We Offer
  1. Competitive Salary: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $86,000.00 to $138,000.00.
