Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at THE BRAMPTON NILGIRIS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Food Preparation: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, team player, dependability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Shift Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment, with a team of 5-10 people. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The Shift Manager will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
