Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Safe Care Home Support Ltd. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other daily tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering medications, providing companionship, and engaging clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Administer medications as directed by clients' healthcare providers
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as toileting and mobility
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
