Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Safe Care Home Support Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity. This is a temporary position with a variable schedule, requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring patients
  • Administer medications and perform other medical tasks as required
  • Assist with household chores, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Transport patients to appointments and activities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
