Job Summary:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transferring, lifting, and positioning.
  • Administer medications and provide first aid as needed.
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and companionship, such as conversation, reading, and games.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and equipment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
