About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Lead to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As an Associate Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the selling and service operations within our store, driving sales results, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in sales or customer service
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
