Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees: As a Food Service Supervisor, you will provide support to newcomers and refugees by helping them with foreign credential recognition and providing diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.

Support for Indigenous People: You will offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers and provide cultural competency training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment.

Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
