Account Transfers Administrator Opportunity

TEEMA is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Transfers Administrator to join our Vancouver office. As a key member of our Client Services operations, you will play a crucial role in processing incoming and outgoing transfer requests, ensuring seamless communication with Investment Advisors, Assistants, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transfer requests with speed and accuracy, verifying documents and ensuring timely completion.
  • Liaise with advisor teams to resolve transfer-related issues and provide exceptional client service.
  • Cross-train in other functions within the department to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in transfer processing within an investment firm.
  • Familiarity with investment accounts (RRSPs and TFSAs) is an asset.
  • Strong client services skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with Broadridge Dataphile and ATON system is an asset.
