Job Title: Transfer Coordinator, Kelowna

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Transfer Coordinator to join our team in Kelowna, British Columbia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transportation of guests from key meeting points to our staging areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of guests, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with guests and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the transportation team to ensure seamless execution of transportation plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including trip reports and activity program forms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as tourism or hospitality.
  • Experience in customer service, transportation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 30 pounds on a regular basis.
