Job Title: Transfer Coordinator, Kelowna

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transfer Coordinator to join our team in Kelowna. As a Transfer Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete trip reports, activity program forms, and safety requirements.
  • Circulate digital guest feedback survey.
  • Communicate transportation updates with the lodge and department manager.
  • Act on guest requests and inquiries.
  • Host guests with confidence and a positive, outgoing presence.
  • Solve logistical challenges and adapt to changes in a solution-focused manner.
  • Follow OH&S, and WHMIS best-practices.
  • Participate in and provide support, as required, during emergency response situations.
  • Support guests and employees in the field program as needed.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in tourism, preferred.
  • Experience as a tour guide or group leader, or equivalent experience in the service industry.
  • Experience with high-end or luxury customer service, preferred.

Working Conditions:
  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 30 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment on a constant basis.
  • This position is required to work a variety of evenings, weekends and holidays based on the needs of the business. This role will also require early mornings and/or late evenings during operating season(s).
