Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canadian Stud Welding & Supply Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Manage the distribution of mail and other materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Plan and organize daily operations to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Train other workers on administrative procedures and protocols.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with employees and stakeholders.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
