Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at St. Michael's Health Group. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for preparing, handling, and serving food to residents and visitors in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food to residents and visitors
- Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and walls
- Operate the dishwasher and other machines
- Porter hot food carts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with seniors and/or physically/mentally challenged individuals
- High School Diploma preferred
- Food Safe Handling course preferred
- Experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
