Dietary Assistant

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at St. Michael's Grove Manor, a 71-unit Supportive Living facility owned and operated by St. Michael's Health Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food to residents and visitors in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and walls, and operate the dishwasher and other machines.
- Porter hot food carts and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Physical and mental fitness to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Ability to work closely with seniors and/or physically/mentally challenged individuals.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Food Safe Handling course.
- Experience in food service or the hospitality industry.
