About the Role

Cornerstone is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of young people and adults with disabilities and additional support needs in the Airdrie and Coatbridge areas.

As a Support Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing support to individuals with daily living tasks, including appointments, shopping, meal planning, cooking, housework, finances, medication, and personal care. You will also have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities with the individuals, such as swimming, going to the gym, bowling, shopping, and visiting the cinema.

Shift Patterns

We understand that you will want to have a good work-life balance, and we are committed to being flexible with our shift patterns. Our team currently delivers support between 7am and 11pm, 7 days a week. Weekends and public holidays would form part of your rota, and you may also be required to participate in occasional sleepovers on a rotational basis.
