Job Summary

Cambridge Immigration Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Financial Management: Assist with the preparation of our operating budget and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Human Resources: Coordinate with our HR department to ensure that all employee records are up to date and that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
